In Zoia Yoga, we believe that a commitment to supporting those around us is a strong part of spiritual wellness. In order to have a prosperous, kind, and safe future for our kids and our community it is important to get involved and support the people and organizations in our hometown. Through Yoga Love Classes and Workshops not only you get the opportunity to try yoga for your own wellness, you will also be giving back to your community.

What are Yoga Love Classes?

Yoga Love is our quarterly community class focused on providing a new yoga and meditation experience to our members, while giving back to our community. This class is donation based with a suggested minimum donation of $10.

Total and 100% of donations are given to a local charity. For the next six months, all proceeds from our Yoga love classes will be donated to the Kids Cancer Foundation:

Strength and Tone with Heidi! This 60 minute power class will focus on upper and lower core, and integrated strength to power up your yoga practice and launch you to the next level. The room is heated to 85 degrees.

If you are an athlete, it's time to add yoga to your training regimen. Whether you are a runner, horse jumper, cyclist, swimmer, baseball player, or soccer star the benefits of yoga can be seen in all sports arenas. Yoga poses work to ease the stress muscles, improve flexibility, balance, endurance, core and increase overall body strength. The key focus of yoga is proper breathing techniques, which help to enhance mental focus, body awareness, and increase lung capacity. All is essential to enhance physical performance and overall achievement.
