Symptoms of Stress

Stress is inevitable, and a part of our everyday experience. In addition to the stress of the global pandemic, women often have many overwhelming life roles and obligations to fulfill. Oftentimes women spend more time meeting the needs of others rather than nurturing their own needs. Inability to take time for self-care can take a toll on physical, mental & emotional health leading to harmful effects in many areas of life.

This program is led by Jhaleh Jiveh, (Registered Nurse, Certified Health Coach and Yoga Teacher) and by Olivia Montiel, (Certified Yoga, Meditation and Ayurveda Teacher and licensed Massage Therapist).

Both Jhaleh and Olivia are passionate about creating a supportive community to facilitate women in their inner transformation journey of health, healing, and vitality.
