In this group program you will be guided weekly to cleanse & nourish the body and the mind by adopting simple health habits of well balanced nutrition, yoga, daily meditation, journaling and self inquiry. Stress is inevitable, and a part of our everyday experience. In addition to the stress of the global pandemic, women often have many overwhelming life roles and obligations to fulfill. Oftentimes women spend more time meeting the needs of others rather than nurturing their own needs. Inability to take time for self-care can take a toll on physical, mental & emotional health leading to harmful effects in many areas of life.
