Warm Slow Flow

60 Minutes

Great Class for beginner level practitioners. The smooth flowing sequences of Vinyasa yoga synchronizes movement with the breath, which benefits both self-awareness and mindfulness. You'll develop a stronger body-mind connection and an increased sense of strength and flexibility. This class allows you to learn the fundamentals of yoga in a safe, and supportive environment.

Warm VINYIN

75 Minutes

(Fusion of Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga)

Balance your yin and yang energies with this combination class. VinYin begins with half heat building energizing vinyasa flow, and then transitions into the cooling stillness of yin poses to help achieve a perfect balanced state. Yin yoga emphasizes long, passive holds to help target the joints and connective tissue, which helps to improve circulation, overall flexibility and helps to take the body into deepest layers of relaxation.

Stretch and Restore Yin

75 Minutes

Allow your body to melt into the mat and unwind from life's daily stress. This class is combination of Yin and Restorative yoga. Incorporating deep stretches to help you relax and restore muscles and connective tissues, while finding serenity and inner peace during the guided meditation. During the class you will relieve tension in the mind and body, feeling rested and renewed.

Yoga Love

60-90 Minutes

Yoga Love is our community class focused on providing a new yoga and meditation experience to our members while giving back to the community. This class is donation based with a suggested minimum donation of $10. 100% of donations are given to a local charity. Yoga Love classes are hosted on special events.
