Your best use of an hour! This is a dynamic sequence where poses are constantly changing to offer the ultimate energy release. We use our breathing technique to guide each movement and push our boundaries. You can expect a great cardiovascular and strength building workout. You will leave the class feeling energized and rejuvenated.

Hot Pilates

Hot Pilates is a High Intensity, Low Impact, full body work-out in a heated room. This class focuses on developing core strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. Students learn to be aware of alignment while engaging the deep muscles of the core under the infrared heat. The heat will help to burn more calories, improve circulation and release toxins. Hot Pilates creates long lean muscle mass, stronger core and increases flexibility. It is performed on a yoga mat making it zero impact on your joints and muscles.

Yoga Basics

This class is designed to introduce yoga to new practitioners. The slower pace sequence allows the student to focus on breathing techniques that are critical to getting the most out of your practice while ensuring proper alignment during each pose. This class is an ultimate guide for students to learn the fundamentals of yoga in a safe, fun, and supportive environment.

Stretch and Restore Yin

Allow your body to melt into the mat and unwind from life's daily stress. This class is combination of Yin and Restorative yoga. Incorporating deep stretches to help you relax and restore muscles and connective tissues, while finding serenity and inner peace during the guided meditation. During this class you will relieve tension in your mind and body, and leave feeling rested and renewed.

Yoga Love is our monthly community class focused on providing a new yoga and meditation experience to our members while giving back to the community.The classes are held last Friday of each month. This class is donation based with a suggested minimum donation of $10. 100% of donations are given to a local charity.
